The Creative Spark Behind Headspace Haven

Hey, I am Amy, the maker, designer, and daydreamer behind Headspace Haven. I have been creating and selling handmade goods for as long as I can remember, starting with bracelets and scrunchies as a kid, then onto making handmade stickers and giving them away to people at concerts. I found my mindful flow state (my "headspace haven") in the jewelry-making process and have now evolved into crafting bold statement pieces that let people wear their vibe loud and proud.

My true rhythm arrived in the past couple of years when I got my hands on a laser machine, which allowed me to bring my visions to life through unique, high-quality, fun products. It was the missing piece, blending my love for design, style, and creating art that moves and expresses with you.

Everything I make is inspired by the pulse of music, art, and the creative sparks that light up the world around us. Music has always been my anchor. I have spent a lifetime chasing live shows, soaking up the energy of countless concerts and festivals across every scene you can imagine: jam bands, ’90s hip-hop, alternative/indie, bluegrass, underground electronic, and everything in between. That same energy shows up in every piece I design, full of color, movement, and the magic of self-expression.

Headspace Haven is all about capturing that feeling—the rush of a live show, the freedom of dancing barefoot at sunset, the power of bold, unapologetic style. Every piece I make is a little love letter to that spirit.
